Diagnostic Services
The first step in any AC repair is to do a diagnostic, provide a recommendation, get approval and then do the repair. Unlike many companies, we charge the same rate regardless of whether it is an after-hours emergency call or a routine repair request.
After doing the diagnostic, we will make honest recommendations about whether your unit can be repaired vs. replaced. We prefer to make repairs when it is possible and saves the customer money.
AC Repairs
No repairs are made without the consent of the customer… ever! Once we have completed the diagnostic, we’ll give you a quote on the price, including parts and material. If it takes longer or needs new parts… that is our mistake, and we eat the cost. This ensures a thorough diagnostic and no bad surprises. Most repairs are done same day!

- Low on refrigerant (Note: All refrigerant has to be measured based on weight, using scales. The gauges on devices used by most companies are typically inaccurate. A scale ensures that you are charged a fair price.)
